Bye Bye Bobby!

Bob Goodenow, or, as I like to call him SATAN, "resigned" as Executive Director of the NHLPA today.

"Hey Bob, here's your hat - don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out!"

He has now taken one of the biggest falls ever in the history of collective bargaining. In the past year, he has gone from having the backing of the majority of his "union" members, to - through repeatedly underestimating the resolve of the ownership side, and making absolute statements like, "the players will never accept a salary cap" that gave him and his constituency no way to save face - the unemployment line. A prime example of someone letting his ego get the better of him. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy.
